Reservations will be held until two days before the show, at which point unpaid reservations will be automatically cancelled.
Tickets are not refundable or exchangeable unless you inform the box office before 5pm on the day before the performance. On the day of or after the show, tickets are not refundable.
Don't miss part of the show! Make sure you double check the performance start time. Latecomers may not be admitted until an appropriate break in the performance. On some occasions the performing company may specify no late comers at all so be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before start time to avoid disappointment.
